Due to the nature of our goods, we don’t permit returns/refunds unless goods provided are proven to be of insufficient quality. If you do have any concerns with the quality of goods provided by us, you must raise this with us at your first opportunity within 24 hours of purchase, so that we have the opportunity to correct the problem. Should a problem exist, we will make every effort to satisfy the customer be this with a replacement or a refund.
